My experience with prestige auto was the best! I walked in there just to get an idea of what I wanted,as soon as i got there jenn came out and helped us (really nice girl) I asked her for someone bilingual in spanish so they could translate to my husband and luckily Danny spoke Spanish.:) he was really nice,profesinal ,and friendy.I had in mind a Nissan Altima,but they didn't have it Danny showed us different cars,but I really wanted a Nissan Altima we told him we would come back some other time if we made up our mind on another car,at this point I was really sad :( ,so as were leaving and walking out Danny tells me I can get u a Nissan Altima,but it will take a few days!! So we come home couple days later i get there call saying the the car was finally in!! So of course I get all a happy and excited, I come back to the dealership and there's a 2013 Nissan altima!!! I didn't think I was going to get a 2013 but Danny really hooked me up :) the whole paperwork process was quick and easy he translated to my husband and he gave us a good deal we couldn't pass.. The whole team was really friendly to us! I deffenetly recommend this place!! And will go back soon :)

Excellent experience. The sales, finance, and manager staff are all so polite and helpful. They put no pressure on us and kept letting us test drive many vehicles and not rushing us to choose one. I stopped in a week earlier and test drove some to do my research and pick the best car. They do have some of the best competitive pricing around on their cars. I bought a 2013 VW passat from them and absolutely loved the experience. It was nothing like my experience earlier that day at Raceway Nissan in Moreno Valley. Raceway nissan tried to upsell us and was very pushy and were trying to ridiculously rip us off right to our face, it was so blatant and obvious. (Search for my review on them for the whole ridiculous and scandalous story). Prestige autos was fantastic. It is a very nice small dealer wthat is not overcrowded with salesmen and you feel like friends. They do not try to upsell you on a thousand different options and there is no pressure. Theirfinance guy even called us back to behind the scenes and just showed us his computer screen directly and we got to see all of the multiple financing options available. What auto place does that!? Prestige!! They do not care about charging you extra % financing for their kickbacks from the company, they have great morals and hold honesty high in thir business plan. We were driving away in our new car in under 90 minutes from filling out the paperwork. Another great feature, is if you buy a car from them you can bring it in anytime during business hours and get a free carwash, for life! This proves this dealer really cares about their customers and want to keep you happy and well taken care for. Thank you to Shawn our salesman, he was so polite and not pushy. He was very nice to our young child as well and hung around with us and playing with him the time we waited. They did not pressure us on a warranty either. Just simply laid out the prices before us. This is what it is without warranty, this is what it is with one, what would you like. So easy and smooth. Loved our experience Prestige Autos! Thank you!

I knew walking in I would be a finance manager's nightmare and was prepared to be able to buy at a high interest rate. I saw the car I wanted at the right price. It was top of the line, like new and still under factory warranty. I purchased the car (with a high interest rate) but needed to come back the next day since I was alone and in another car. The next day, David told me we could tear up the contract as he had gotten me financed at a rate 25% lower than I had originally signed for (saving me 60$ per month on the payment and over 4000$ on the life of the contract) I have NEVER had that happen. I am still pinching myself. The salesperson, Jen, was totally sweet and the entire staff made my buying experience a pleasure. These people are good business people - I would send anyone I know to them.

From start to finish these guys are great! The owner has the integrity I wish other places had that I purchased cars from in the past. His sales people exhibit the same level of integrity and are not pushy. They got me a better rate than I was going to get from my bank! I'm definitely going back the next time I need a car! I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte last Wed, the overall experience was great!! I found the car on the internet just the night prior and called to talk to a salesman named Danny he was awsome and set up a appt next day at 4:30 with Sean which I thought was very impressive. When I arrived Sean welcomed me and was very friendly. He showed me the car right away no pressure at all, I drove it and pretty much went through all the paperwork with little or no effort while the numbers were ran it was very quick considering in the past it took hours to buy a car. I am now the proud owner of my Kia and would do business in the future at Prestige Auto.

I drove my roommate down to Corona to pick up his (new) car from Prestige, which is how I found the car that would be my own purchase. Because I sat through the paperwork of the earlier sale, I had zero reservations about how David Akbar runs his dealership. Honest, straight-forward, clear explanations of everything. I never once felt that there was any double-talk or pressure to sign anything he shouldn't. Which is why I called them back a couple weeks later to make a deal on my car purchase. Prestige fixed a relatively minor paint issue for me and agreed to repair a door lock issue before I signed anything - not inexpensive repairs - things used car lots just don't do. I felt the price negotiation process was more than fair, and I chose to use their in-house financing which was also very fair. They've had great communication after the sale as well. Prestige Autos is very highly recommended!

All power and keyless entry. Frank Silver was friendly and the owner Matt and David was able to network with the banks to get me a no down payment with low monthy. Given that I had negative equity in my trade in, Prestige Autos was able to get me into a 2013 Toyota Camry at an amazing price. In fact, I originally walked out of the dealership because they didn't have the exact trim I was looking for, however they presented me a deal that I couldn't say no to! The staff was extremely friendly from beginning to end!
